• Where is the store based?

  Montreal, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course!

• Where is so and so print? Will you add it to your store?

  If you have seen a print in person at a con you may ask it to be uploaded here, of course. Send me an email!
  If a product has been officially retired I may reconsider restocking if demand is high.

• Will my poster be folded in half?

  No it won't! I ship posters in a mailing tube. They'll be rolled tightly but at least not folded! For this reason it is recommended that you let your print(s) unfurl properly before framing or hanging them.

• Which conventions do you attend?

  I usually aim for G-Anime (ON), Nadeshicon in April (QC) and Otakuthon in August (MTL) I can only hope that the list grows!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most orders within Canada take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  Shipping to the US may take from 5 to 14 business days.

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 7 to 20 business days.

• Do I get a tracking number?

  All shipment within Canada automatically gets tracking included in the shipping costs.
  Unfortunately that is not the case for shipment to the US and international countries.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
